Music, built into the architecture of your conference.
Bespoke classical and chamber music for conferences, forums and summits across Europe — designed around your agenda, produced end to end.
Classical music for conferences, forums & summits
Camerata Bulgarica designs and performs live classical and chamber music for conferences, forums and summits across Europe. Organisers commission a programme rather than booking an act: repertoire, ensemble, staging and pacing are designed around the agenda of the day, with professional recording and film available as part of the production.
Camerata Bulgarica is a Sofia-based cultural production company that designs and performs bespoke classical and chamber-music experiences for conferences, forums, galas and institutional events across Europe.
Proof, four years running.
From 2023 to 2026, Camerata Bulgarica conceived and produced the musical dimension of four successive editions of the ARC conference — an international gathering of leading thinkers, entrepreneurs, artists, educators and public leaders.
Designed into the day, not placed on top of it — the music welcomed, reflected, celebrated, created stillness and shaped memory.
Where the music works
01Welcome
The day opens as an experience, not an announcement. Live music receives your delegates and sets the register for everything that follows — before a single word is spoken.
02Stillness
Between dense sessions, a designed pause: music creates the stillness in which a full day of ideas can settle, and gives the agenda room to breathe.
03Celebration
Keynote endings, awards, the gala night — ceremonial brilliance staged for the room and the moment, so the close of your conference is the part people retell.

Commissioning is simple
Write to us with the occasion, the date and the setting — even if half of it is still undecided. The programme is designed and presented for your approval before anything is rehearsed, and on the day the music arrives fully produced.
Conference organisers ask
What does live classical music add to a conference?
Handled as production rather than decoration, music becomes part of the architecture of the event: it welcomes delegates, creates stillness between dense sessions, marks the moments that matter and shapes what people remember afterwards. That is how we approached four editions of the ARC conference, and how we design every commission.
Have you produced music for conferences before?
Yes. From 2023 to 2026 Camerata Bulgarica conceived and produced the musical dimension of four successive editions of the ARC conference — an international gathering of leading thinkers, entrepreneurs, artists, educators and public leaders.
Can the programme be designed around our theme and agenda?
Always — there is no standard set. We design the musical narrative from your agenda: repertoire and original arrangements chosen for your theme, staged and paced around keynotes, transitions and ceremonial moments, in the hall you are actually using.
Do you travel to conferences across Europe?
Yes. Camerata Bulgarica is based in Sofia and designs productions that travel across Europe, assembling principal players from leading Bulgarian orchestras and distinguished European freelancers for each project. Travel and logistics are planned as part of the production design.
Can the performance be recorded for our post-event film?
Yes — contemporary production is one of our defining principles. Professional audio, multi-camera film and photography can be designed into the commission, so one performance keeps working in your post-event film, communications and archive.
