Bookings · Galas & Ceremonies

An evening designed as one story.

Live classical music for galas, award ceremonies and diplomatic occasions across Europe — composed as a single arc, from ceremonial brilliance to intimacy.

Live music for galas & ceremonial evenings

Camerata Bulgarica designs live classical music for galas, award ceremonies and diplomatic occasions across Europe. Each evening is composed as one emotional trajectory — ceremonial brilliance, intimacy, theatrical dialogue — with repertoire, original arrangements, staging and pacing created for your room and your guests.

Camerata Bulgarica is a Sofia-based cultural production company that designs and performs bespoke classical and chamber-music experiences for conferences, forums, galas and institutional events across Europe.

Homecoming — Gala Concert with Svetlina Stoyanova and Camerata Bulgarica, Bulgaria Hall, 16 September 2026
The gala is our home ground

We design galas for ourselves, too.

Our flagship productions are galas. Homecoming — with mezzo-soprano Svetlina Stoyanova at Bulgaria Concert Hall, Sofia, on 16 September 2026 — is designed as a single unfolding story: classical masterpieces meeting newly commissioned arrangements, paced from ceremonial brilliance into intimacy and on to theatrical dialogue.

A commissioned gala receives the same craft. We begin with the question we ask of our own evenings — what should people remember when they leave the room? — and design backwards from that memory.

Occasions we design for

01Galas & award evenings

The centrepiece night of a season, a conference or an anniversary — music that gives the evening its shape, its peaks and its stillness, rather than filling its gaps.

02Diplomatic & state occasions

We work with embassies, civic organisations and institutions. Chamber music speaks a European language of ceremony — and every programme is agreed with your team, protocol first.

03Celebrations & anniversaries

Civic celebrations, institutional milestones, private occasions of real weight — evenings where the music must mean something, because the moment does.

Begin with the memory

Tell us the occasion, the date and the setting, and what the evening should feel like when it ends. We reply personally — with questions rather than a brochure.

Gala hosts ask

What music suits a gala evening?

Music designed as one emotional trajectory rather than a sequence of separate pieces — from ceremonial brilliance, into intimacy, and on to theatrical dialogue. It is how we design our own flagship galas, and how we approach every gala commission: classical masterpieces alongside arrangements written for your evening.

Can you perform for diplomatic or state occasions?

Yes. We work with embassies, corporations, civic organisations, universities and concert halls, and chamber music is a natural language for diplomatic and ceremonial settings. Each programme is designed for the occasion and the room, with protocol and pacing agreed with your team in advance.

Do you produce your own galas as well as commissioned ones?

Yes — our own flagship productions are galas. Homecoming, with mezzo-soprano Svetlina Stoyanova at Bulgaria Concert Hall in Sofia on 16 September 2026, is designed by the same team and to the same standard as the evenings we create on commission.

Can the gala be filmed and photographed?

If you wish, yes. Professional audio, multi-camera film and photography can be built into the design of the evening from the start — turning one performance into a lasting asset for your organisation.

How early should we begin planning a gala?

Earlier than feels necessary. A designed evening — repertoire, arrangements, staging, rehearsal — takes shape over months, not weeks. Every occasion has its own timeline, though: write to us and we will tell you honestly what is possible in yours.
